Residual income is the building block to your business. Earn residual income through growing and stabilizing your business by building your left and right legs evenly. Team commissions are paid to an active and qualified distributor based on the total volume accumulated in their lesser volume leg.

Team commissions are paid in two different tiers based on the distributor's PV during the 5-week rolling period. [50 PV puts a distributor in tier 1, and 175 PV in tier 2]

– TIER 1: 10% of the lesser volume leg -TIER 2: 15% of the lesser volume leg

[3] MATCHING BONUS


[UNILEVEL - WEEKLY]

The Matching Bonus is paid to active and qualified distributors who achieve and maintain the rank of Director or above. The matching bonus is based upon a “floating percentage” of team commissions paid on a distributor’s personally enrolled tree legs in their unilevel genealogy [Personally enrolled distributors, distributors they sponsor, etc. / page 3] up to seven generations. A generation is completed when a distributor in an enrollment tree leg hits the rank of Director. [Distributors with the rank of Executive Director or above are able to qualify down to a lower check match rank if they are not qualified for their lifetime rank]

[4] PERSONAL SALES COMMISSIONS


[UNILEVEL - WEEKLY]

A commission is paid to a distributor when a customer goes to their site and places an order. [The distributor also receives the PV that each order generates]

RETAIL - The difference between the customer retail price and the distributor wholesale price.

AUTO-SHIP - The difference between the customer auto-ship price and the distributor wholesale price.

[5] RETAIL BONUS POOL


[UNILEVEL - MONTHLY]

A 5% Bonus Pool will be established from the company’s total “customer auto-ship” volume in each calendar month. The Retail Bonus will be paid to all distributors who qualify in that calendar month with 150 PV generated from personal auto-ship customers. Each additional 150 PV will earn a distributor an additional share in the pool.

[6] BUSINESS BUILDER BONUS POOL


[UNILEVEL - MONTHLY]

The company allocates $20 from each initial order [Min 50 PV] for each new enrollee in a calendar month, and divides it among qualified distributors. In order to qualify for a share in the pool, a distributor must achieve three requirements:

[2] PERSONALLY ENROLL 2 DISTRIBUTORS IN A CALENDAR MONTH
[3] THE 2 ENROLLEES MUST PLACE THEIR INITIAL ORDERS OF AT LEAST 50 PV IN THAT CALENDAR MONTH


Each additional new enrollee who places their initial order of at least 50 PV in the calendar month will earn the sponsoring distributor one additional share in the pool.

[7] EXECUTIVE REWARDS CAR ALLOWANCE

Distributors maintaining the rank of Ambassador or above will receive a monthly car allowance and may qualify for other rewards including travel credits, annual celebrations, cash rewards, and more.

Distributors are able to earn a 15% rebate that will apply to all personal purchases over 175 PV during a calendar month, excluding:

As a distributor’s business grows, they can potentially earn anywhere from $100 to $5,000 paid out every 5 weeks. In order for a distributor to qualify, they must simply attain and maintain the qualifications associated with their lifetime rank. [Executive Coordinator and above] Unlike the matching bonus, a distributor is not able to qualify down to achieve a residential check for a lower rank. Instead, they have to re-qualify for their lifetime rank during the next 5-week cycle.

The Challenge Advancement Bonus is a bonus that was created with the entrepreneur in mind. It is designed to motivate and inspire others to change their lives by rewarding them for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to growth. GLOSSARY OF TERMS:

Active Qualification
Distributor must become and remain active by purchasing/selling at least 50 PV in a five week rolling period
AutoShip (Preferred) Customer
Customer with at least 11 points from AutoShip order
Bonus Qualification
Must have at least one personally sponsored and active distributor in each leg
Business Center
MC's are positioned in either of two legs in each business center.
Also refers to how a distributor is placed within the Boresha organization.
Distributors's "Legs" may also include distributors placed by upline.
Customer Types
Retail – single or occasional order
Preferred – customers on AutoShip accounts
Commissionable Volume [Product Sales]
CV = Commissionable Volume – assigned product value as basis for compensation
PV = Personal Volume - consultants retail sales and personal
         Purchases [Commissions are paid out weekly]
         Points assigned to product - "Example"
                  A. 9 Points = 1 bag coffee on AutoShip order,

GV = Group Volume. All product sales volume generated by distributor’s organization, including personal purchases.
Organization
Refers to all personally sponsored IBO's in downline; may also be referred to as "Genealogy" or "Tree"
Promotion Qualification
Distributor must be active and qualified in order to promote to the next leve and must achieve a minimum group volume requirement plus all other requirement as stated in the "Financial Freedom Plan"
Personally "Active"
A distributor must maintain a monthly minimum of 50PV. If a distributor does not meet the minimum requirement of 50PV within any bonus period the distributor will not be entitled to any bonuses for that period and any carry over volume will be flushed.
Personally "Qualified"
Minimum Monthly Product Purchase [MMPP] [50 PV] + 2 distributors with MMPP [50 PV]

On rare occasions, genealogy changes can be transacted with signed approval of sponsor, key ranks upward and the corporation; the corporation reserves the final approval. Distributors that fail to renew yearly are placed on a de-active status. Multiple positions outside of qualified extra "business centers" are not allowed without prior approval of the corporation. Minimum Qualifications for rank qualifications are calculated on existing Boresha Private Estate's™ products and may change as next generation products are introduced.
